Look Out!

  • That’s it, sell the farm as markets are all off again last night.

  • The Ruskie Ag minister has gone the early crow and called the 23/24 Russian wheat crop to be 93 million tonnes, the second largest on record. The winter wheat is being planted now.

  • He also forecast the Tigers to make the 8 and Without A Fight to win the Melbourne Cup.


  • Rains in Ukraine and USA winter wheat areas are seen as a positive for their recently planted wheat crops.

  • Also, forecasted South American rains will help Argie and Brazilian Corn and Bean crops.

  • Chinese corn prices are tanking, and India hasn’t pulled the trigger on importing wheat.


  • The world is flooded with cheap Ruskie wheat.

  • ASX Jan wheat was also off AUD $4 per tonne to settle at AUD $392 or call it USD $282 FOB (Free on board) Portland. Hello China.
